If you are intending to move in with your partner or you are already living with a partner, you may wish to consider a Living Together Agreement. This will formalise the financial relationship you have between you in relation to your property and your finances.

For example, if you own your own property in your sole name, and your partner is moving into your home with you, you may wish the Living Together Agreement to reflect the understanding you and your partner have concerning the level of financial interest they have or do not have in your property.

A Living Together Agreement is usually suitable for couples where one of you has more assets/income than the other and wishes to gain some protection in the event of the relationship breaking down in the future.

We charge a fixed fee of £500 + VAT for a Living Together Agreement.
